Forested Island on Ashepoo Rice Field 11 X 14"

The Ashepoo river and it's old rice fields are frequently the topic of many paintings on this site.  As one passes down the Bennet's Point Road, one must cross the river over a bridge, and the river flows away from the road leaving a large expanse of marshlands on both right and left. Looking to your right, higher ground may be found covered with trees and shrubs as displayed here. A storm is brewing from the south-east.
