This 20 X 16" acrylic was created at the next "cut-through" below the Dawhoo Cut in the Intercoastal Waterway to connect the South Edisto to the Ashepoo heading south towards St Helenas Sound. This "Cut" split Fenwick Island in half, with the Oceanside sometimes referred to as "Seabrook". The mainland side is owned and farmed by the Baldwin Family. This is a late afternoon scene as the setting sun is coloring the sky yellow-orange and the top of the marsh bright orange.
